Sophia Sarlo comes from a family of real estate professionals. Her family are real estate experts in commercial, residential and property management throughout California and Hawaii. Throughout her childhood, she moved with her family from house to house as they were bought, remodeled, and sold. Sophia’s depth of knowledge does not come from a chart, graph, or textbook but through experiencing market dynamics firsthand throughout her life. Sophia and her husband relocated from Los Angeles to Redwood City in November for husband’s dream job at Stanford University Hospital. They sailed their 30ft sailboat from San Pedro California to Oakland California in the winter and purchased a Condo in Redwood City. Because of Sophia’s experience in Real Estate, the couple did the math and figured that paying rent was similar to the amount paid for a mortgage in the same area for like kind homes. Now their Condo is worth more than we purchased in 4 months ago. After Sophia graduated from college, she began buying, remodeling, and selling properties with her family. Sophia offers her clients a unique perspective as she has been on all sides of the transaction. And she truly enjoys finding people their dream home and/or high-income investment property and passing on her knowledge along the way.
